Casa Guadalupana, St. Paul: Provides housing to immigrant individuals and families who have applied for asylum and are awaiting their hearing.
Jonathan House – Minnesota: “Jonathan House provides stable housing, personal capacity-building, and supportive community to asylum seekers. Residents stay at Jonathan House an average of 1-2 years and partner with an International Association of Refugees (IAFR) resident advocate to receive emotional support and create a personalized roadmap for rebuilding their lives in their new community.”
Jonathan House serves 13 asylum seekers at three sites (women, men, families) in the St Paul Frogtown area, St Paul’s East Side, and South Minneapolis.
The Connect Center - Washington County: By partnering with local agencies, including All Saints, The Connect Center (TCC) helps people renew hope by opening doors to temporary and sustainable housing, financial stability, and healthy community connections. TCC supports clients as they identify and work toward their long-term goals for their finances, education, employment, transportation, housing, family and parenting skills as well as other areas of life.
Washington County Homeless Outreach Services Team (HOST): Washington County Community Services recognizes that homelessness exists in Washington County and that those experiencing homelessness deserve access to services to assist them in becoming stably housed, as well as assist them with accessing other resources to meet their basic needs. HOST provides these services to residents of Washington County. HOST has a housing resource line where calls may be placed 24/7 and will be returned within one business day.

Saint Andrew’s Lutheran Church, Community Resource Center, Mahtomedi: “We seek to transform lives through Christ’s love by equipping families and individuals with resources that lead to housing stability.” The St Andrew’s Community Resource Center provides basic needs (food, clothing, emergency shelter) and housing for 3-6 months. Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program: The Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP) provides supportive services and financial assistance, such as rent deposits. At Minnesota Housing, it is recognized that everyone needs help occasionally.
